 लावू पर चारा घोटाले के 6 अलग-अलग केस, जानिए कब-कब जाना पड़ा जेल

लालू यादव का जेल से पुराना कनेक्शन है. वो पहली बार जेल नहीं गए है. इससे पहले भी उनको कई बार जेल की हवा खानी पड़ी है. उनके चुनाव लड़ने पर पहले ही प्रतिबंध लगाया जा चुका है.

रांची की सीबीआई अदालत ने चारा घोटाला मामले में राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (RJD) सुप्रीमो लालू यादव को दोषी करार दिया है. इसके बाद उनको जेल भेज दिया गया है. अब इस मामले में कोर्ट की ओर से सजा और जुर्माने का ऐलान तीन जनवरी को होगा.

लालू यादव का जेल से पुराना कनेक्शन है. वो पहली बार जेल नहीं गए है. इससे पहले भी उनको कई बार जेल की हवा खानी पड़ी है. वो अब तक जेल में 375 दिन जेल में गुजार चुके हैं. उनके चुनाव लड़ने पर पहले ही प्रतिबंध लगाया जा चुका है. दरअसल लालू प्रसाद पर चारा घोटाले को लेकर अलग-अलग 6 केस चल रहे हैं. 

तीन अक्टूबर 2013 को चारा घोटाले से जुड़े एक मामले में लालू को दोषी ठहराया गया था. इस मामले में 37 करोड़ रुपये का घोटाला सामने आया था. अदालत ने मामले में लालू यादव को पांच साल की जेल की सजा और 25 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया था. इसके बाद लालू या

दव को रांची की बिरसा मुंडा जेल में बंद किया गया था, लेकिन दिसंबर 2013 में उनको कोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई थी. इसके बाद लालू यादव को रांची की बिरसा मुंडा जेल से रिहा कर दिया गया था

Lalu Yadav Fodder Scam Punishment: बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद यादव को आज चारा घोटाले से जुड़े एक और मामले में सजा सुना दी गई. उन्हें 5 साल की कैद और 60 लाख के जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई गई है. 15 फरवरी को सीबीआई की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने लालू यादव समेत 75 आरोपियों को डोरंडा कोषागार से 139.5 करोड़ रुपये की अवैध निकासी के मामले में दोषी करार दिया था. कोर्ट ने इस मामले में 99 में से 24 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था. 46 दोषियों को तीन साल कैद की सजा सुनाई गई है.

लालू यादव पर चारा घोटाले से जुड़े 5 मामले हैं. पांचों मामलों में लालू यादव दोषी साबित हो चुके हैं. लालू यादव को डोरंडा कोषागार से जुड़े जिस मामले में आज सजा सुनाई गई है, वो 139 करोड़ 50 लाख रुपये की अवैध निकासी से जुड़ा है. पांचों मामलों में ये मामला सबसे बड़ी रकम का घोटाला है. 

डोरंडा कोषागार मामले में कुल 170 आरोपी बनाए गए थे. इनमें से 55 की मौत हो चुकी है, 7 सरकारी गवाह बन गए थे, 2 ने अपना गुनाह कबूल कर लिया था जबकि 6 अब भी फरार हैं. इसके बाद कुल 99 आरोपी बचे थे, जिसमें से 24 को बरी कर दिया गया, जबकि 75 को दोषी करार दिया गया है.

चारा घोटाले के एक मामले में बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के अध्यक्ष लालू प्रसाद यादव की किस्मत का फैसला शनिवार को होगा. रांची स्थिति सीबीआई के विशेष न्यायाधीश शिवपाल सिंह ने 23 दिसंबर को फैसले की तारीख तय की है.

लालू के अलावा इस मामले में बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री डॉक्टर जगन्नाथ मिश्र समेत 22 लोग अभियुक्त हैं.

न्यायाधीश ने सभी अभियुक्तों को कोर्ट में व्यक्तिगत तौर पर हाज़िर रहने को कहा है. लिहाजा शुक्रवार की शाम ही लालू प्रसाद रांची पहुंच गये थे.

लालू के साथ उनके बेटे बिहार के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव, पूर्व मंत्री अब्दुल बारी सिद्दीकी समेत आरजेडी के कई नेता भी रांची आए हैं.

देवघर कोषागार से 84.54 लाख रुपये की अवैध निकासी से जुड़े इस मुकदमे (आरसी 64ए/96) में 15 दिसंबर को दोनों पक्षों की बहस पूरी हुई थी. इसी मामले में फैसला सुनाया जाना है.

धारा 420 में सात साल की सज़ा का प्रावधान

रांची में लालू की पैरवी कर रहे अधिवक्ता प्रभात कुमार ने बीबीसी को बताया कि अभियुक्तों के ख़िलाफ़ मुख्य तौर पर भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 420, 120 बी, 467, 470 के अलावा भ्रष्टाचार निवारण क़ानून की धाराएं भी लगाई गई हैं.

उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि इस मामले में दो पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री लालू प्रसाद यादव और डॉ जगन्नाथ मिश्र के अलावा पूर्व मंत्री डॉ आरके राणा, विद्यासागर निषाद, पूर्व सांसद जगदीश शर्मा और लोकलेखा समिति के पूर्व अध्यक्ष ध्रुव भगत सरीखे राजनेताओं के अलावा वरिष्ठ अधिकारी रहे बेक जुलियस, महेश प्रसाद, फूलचंद्र सिंह भी आरोपी हैं.

धारा 120 बी आपराधिक षड़यंत्र की ओर इशारा करती है. जबकि धारा 420 (बेइमानी, हेरा-फेरी छल या धोखा के रूप में किया जाने वाला अपराध) एक दंडनीय अपराध है. इसके तहत सात साल तक के कारावास की सजा का प्रावधान है.

लालू यादव के वकील प्रभात कुमार के मुताबिक इस मुकदमे से उन लोगों को बरी होने की उम्मीदें हैं.

और तीन मामलों में घिरे हैं लालू

देवघर कोषागार से जुड़े इस मामले के अलावा चारा घोटाले के और तीन मामलों में लालू प्रसाद रांची स्थित सीबीआई की अलग-अलग कोर्ट में सुनवाई का सामना (ट्रायल फेस ) कर रहे हैं. इन मामलों को लेकर पिछले छह महीनों से लालू प्रसाद लगातार रांची आते रहे हैं. कई दफा उन्हें महीने में तीन बार तक आना पड़ा है.

चाईबासा कोषागार से अवैध निकासी से संबंधित आरसी 68 ए/96 में भी बहुत जल्दी फैसला आने के संकेत मिल रहे हैं. मतलब चारा घोटाले को लेकर लालू की मुश्किलें बढ़ती दिख रही हैं.

2 जी घोटाले में सभी अभियुक्त बरी, दिल्ली की अदालत का फ़ैसला

'ग़रीबों के मसीहा' लालू ने ऐसे दूर की अपनी ग़रीबी पहले पांच साल की सज़ा

गौरतलब है कि तीन अक्तूबर 2013 को रांची स्थित सीबीआई के विशेष न्यायाधीश प्रवास कुमार सिंह की अदालत ने कांड संख्या आरसी 20 ए/96 चाईबासा कोषागार से कथित तौर पर 37.7 करोड़ की अवैध निकासी से जुड़े चारा घोटाले के एक मामले में पांच साल की सुनाई थी.

साथ ही अदालत ने 25 लाख का जुर्माना भी अदा करने को कहा था.

चाईबासा तब अविभाजित बिहार का हिस्सा था. हालांकि उस मामले में लालू प्रसाद फिलहाल जमानत पर हैं. लेकिन सज़ायाफ्ता होने के बाद वे संसद की सदस्यता गंवा बैठे और चुनाव लड़ने के भी अयोग्य हो गए.

जबकि इसी मामले में तब लालू प्रसाद के अलावा डॉ जगन्नाथ मिश्र को चार साल कारावास तथा 21 लाख रुपये जुर्माने की सज़ा सुनाई गई थी. चारा घोटाले के इस मामले में 44 अभियुक्तों को दोषी ठहराया गया था.

'हमारी जांच की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी तारीफ़ की थी'

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश

मई 2017 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआइ की अपील को मंजूर करने के साथ लालू प्रसाद के ख़िलाफ़ चारा घोटाले से संबंधित अलग-अलग मामलों में मुकदमा चलाने का आदेश दिया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाइकोर्ट के फैसले को रद्द करते हुए कहा था कि प्रत्येक अपराध के लिए पृथक सुनवाई होनी चाहिए.

साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निचली अदालत को इन मामलों में नौ महीने में सुनवाई पूरी करने को कहा है.

नवंबर 2014 में झारखंड हाइकोर्ट ने लालू प्रसाद को राहत देते हुए कहा था कि एक मामले में दोषी ठहराए गए एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ इन्ही धाराओं के तहत मिलते-जुलते अन्य मुकदमों में सुनवाई नहीं हो सकती.

इस बीच शुक्रवार की शाम रांची पहुंचने पर लालू प्रसाद ने मीडिया से संक्षिप्त बातें की. उन्होंने सवालिया लहजे में पूछा कि क्या कोई चीफ मिनिस्टर ट्रेजरी (कोषागार) से रुपये निकाल सकता है? क्या कोई चीफ मिनिस्टर अपना खजाना लुटवाने के लिए षड्यंत्र कर सकता है? अब वो फैसला सुनने आए हैं. उन्हें तथा उनकी पूरी पार्टी को न्यायिक व्यवस्था पर पूरा भरोसा है.

लालू ने ये भी कहा कि सीबीआई का दुरुपयोग कर पहले अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी और फिर नरेंद्र मोदी के समय में उन्हें परेशान किया जा रहा है. उन्होंने कहा, "बीजेपी-एनडीए गठबंधन की सरकार पिछले 25-30 साल से हमको परेशान कर रही है, कोल्हू के बैल की तरह पेर रही है."

माथे पर चिंता की लकीरें

हालांकि उनके चेहरे पर चिंता की लकीरें भी साफ देखी जा रही थी.

उन्होंने कहा, "बेजीपी वाले हमारे बाल-बच्चे तक को परेशान करने में जुटे हैं. जनता ही उनका जवाब देगी. तेजस्वी और तेजप्रताप पर पूरी पार्टी को भरोसा है. ये भले ही छोटे हैं, लेकिन इनके राजनीतिक इरादे मजबूत हैं."

एक सवाल के जवाब में लालू ने इस बात से इनकार किया कि किसी किस्म के फैसले से पार्टी पर कोई असर पड़ेगा.

इससे पहले रांची एयरपोर्ट से उनके बाहर निकलने पर आरजेडी के कार्यकर्ता समर्थन में जोरदार नारेबाजी की.

'लालू यादव के दिल में नीतीश नीति का शूल'

. बिहार के पूर्व सीएम लालू प्रसाद यादव चारा घोटाला मामले के चौथे केस में भी दोषी करार दे दिए गए, वहीं दूसरे आरोपी जगन्नाथ मिश्रा बरी हुए। दुमका ट्रेजरी केस में उन पर 3.97 करोड़ रुपए के घोटाले का आरोप था। सजा का एलान अभी बाकी है।

70वें बर्थडे से पहले लालू को हुई 13.5 साल की सजा

 

- कभी गरीबी से उठकर पॉलिटिक्स के हीरो बने लालू तीन महीने बाद 70 साल के हो जाएंगे। 

- 70वें जन्मदिन से पहले लालू को साढ़े तेरह साल की सजा सुनाई जा चुकी है और 2 केस में सजा होनी बाकी है।

 

कब-कब मिली कितनी सजा

 

सितंबर 2013 - 5 साल जेल और 25 लाख रु. जुर्माना

दिसंबर 2017 - 3.5 साल जेल और 5 लाख रु. जुर्माना

जनवरी 2018 - 5 साल जेल और 5 लाख रु. जुर्माना

मार्च 2018 - सजा अभी बाकी है।

 

लालू के आधे स्कैम का हिसाब अभी बाकी

 

चारा घोटाला टोटल 950 करोड़ रुपए का था। इस घोटाले में 56 आरोपियों पर 64 केस दर्ज किए गए थे। लालू इन 64 केसों में से कुल 5 में आरोपी थे। अब तक वे 78.8 करोड़ रुपए के गबन के दोषी साबित हुए हैं। डोरांडा और भागलपुर में हुए घोटाले के केस अभी पेंडिंग है।

कथित जमीन घोटाले में अब लालू यादव के करीबी भी राडार पर, विरोधी भड़के

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने दिल्ली, नोएडा, पटना और मुंबई में 15 से अधिक ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की है. एजेंसी की रडार पर लालू यादव के बच्चे और करीबी भी हैं. बीते दिनों इस मामले में लालू यादव और उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी से सीबीआई ने पूछताछ भी की थी. इस मामले में सीबीआई बाद ईडी दूसरी एजेंसी है जिसने लालू यादव और उनके करीबियों पर शिकंजा कसा है.

नौकरी के बदले जमीन घोटाला में बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री लालू प्रसाद यादव की मुश्किलें बढ़ती जा रही है. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने दिल्ली, नोएडा, पटना और मुंबई में 15 से अधिक ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की है. एजेंसी की रडार पर लालू यादव  के बच्चे और करीबी भी हैं. बीते दिनों इस मामले में लालू यादव और उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी से सीबीआई ने पूछताछ भी की थी. इस मामले में सीबीआई बाद ईडी दूसरी एजेंसी है जिसने लालू यादव और उनके करीबियों पर शिकंजा कसा है. रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक ईडी ने दिल्ली में उप मुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव और लालू यादव की बेटियों रागिनी, हेमा और चंदा के घर पर छापा मारा है. इसके अलावा लालू यादव के सीए के घर समेत 12 अन्य ठिकानों पर छापा मारा गया है. राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के पूर्व विधायक अबु दोजाना के घर पर भी छापा मारा गया है.

इसको लेकर आरजेडी के प्रमुख लालू यादव ने सरकार पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं. उनके अनुसार उन्होंने आपातकाल का काला दौर भी देखा है. उसकी लड़ाई भी लड़ी थी. आधारहीन प्रतिशोधात्मक मामलों में आज उनकी  बेटियों, नन्हें-मुन्ने नातियों और गर्भवती पुत्रवधू को भाजपाई ईडी ने 15 घंटों से बैठा रखा है. वे भाजपा पर  इतने निम्न स्तर पर उतर कर राजनीतिक लड़ाई लड़ने का आरोप लगा रहे है. वे आगे कहते है कि भले ही संघ और भाजपा के विरुद्ध मेरी वैचारिक लड़ाई रही है और रहेगी. इनके समक्ष मैंने कभी भी घुटने नहीं टेके हैं और मेरे परिवार एवं पार्टी का कोई भी व्यक्ति आपकी राजनीति के समक्ष नतमस्तक नहीं होगा.

चूंकि कांग्रेस बिहार सरकार में आरजेडी के साथ कांग्रेस पार्टनर है सो कांग्रेस ने लालू यादव का समर्थन करते हुए कहा कि अब पानी सिर के ऊपर से चला गया है.कांग्रेस  पार्टी चीफ मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे समर्थन करते हुए कहते है कि पिछले 14 घंटे से मोदी जी ने बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव के घर पर ED बैठा रखी है. उनकी गर्भवती पत्नी और बहनें को सताया जा रहा है. लालू यादव बुजुर्ग हैं, बीमार हैं, तब भी मोदी सरकार ने उनके प्रति मानवता नहीं दिखाई. अब पानी सिर के ऊपर से चला गया है.उन्होंने आगे  कहा कि मोदी सरकार, विपक्षी नेताओं पर ED-CBI का दुरुपयोग कर लोकतंत्र की हत्या का कुत्सित प्रयास कर रही है. जब देश से भगोड़े करोड़ों लेकर भागे तब मोदी सरकार की एजेंसियाँ कहां थी? जब ''परम मित्र'' की संपत्ति आसमान छूती है तो जाँच क्यों नहीं होती? इस तानाशाही का जनता मुंहतोड़ जवाब देगी !

गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले ही बिहार के पूर्व सीएम लालू प्रसाद यादव की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई थीं. इसी साल जनवरी में जमीन के बदले नौकरी से जुड़े केस में लालू प्रसाद यादव के खिलाफ सीबीआई को गृह मंत्रालय से मुकदमा चलाने की मंजूरी मिल गई थी. सीबीआई ने पिछले साल अक्टूबर में अपनी चार्जशीट में लालू प्रसाद यादव, उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी, बेटी, मध्य रेलवे के तत्कालीन जीएम, तत्कालीन सीपीओ, कुछ निजी व्यक्तियों और मामले में कुछ अभ्यर्थियों समेत 16 आरोपियों को नामजद किया था. सीबीआई ने उस दौरान कहा था कि जांच के दौरान यह पाया गया है कि आरोपियों ने मध्य रेलवे के तत्कालीन महाप्रबंधक और केंद्रीय रेलवे के सीपीओ के साथ साजिश रचकर जमीन के बदले में अपने या अपने करीबी रिश्तेदारों के नाम पर लोगों को नौकरी दी थी. यह जमीन प्रचलित सर्किल रेट से काफी कम और बाजार दर से काफी कम कीमत पर हासिल की गई थी.

सीबीआई ने चार्जशीट में बताया है कि उम्मीदवारों ने गलत-सलत टीसी का इस्तेमाल किया. अभ्यर्थियों ने रेल मंत्रालय को झूठे प्रमाणित दस्तावेज तक जमा किए. सीबीआई को जांच के दौरान पता चला कि लालू प्रसाद की पत्नी राबड़ी देवी और बेटी हेमा यादव को उम्मीदवारों ने नौकरी घोटाले के लिए गिफ्ट में जमीन दी थी, इसी के बाद उनकी रेलवे में भर्ती की गई थी. इसी केस में पिछले साल रेलवे स्टाफ ह्रदयानंद चौधरी और लालू प्रसाद यादव के तत्कालीन ओएसडी भोला यादव को सीबीआई ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. भोला यादव 2004 से 2009 के बीच लालू यादव के ओएसडी थे, जब लालू रेल मंत्री थे. अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान, लालू प्रसाद यादव ने उम्मीदवारों से रेलवे के अलग-अलग जोन में ग्रुप डी की नौकरी के बदले अपने परिवार के लोगों के नाम पर जमीन ली थी और फायदा उठाया था.

इसमें तो पटना के रहने वाले कई लोगों ने खुद या अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के जरिए लालू यादव के परिवार के सदस्यों और उनके परिवार के नियंत्रित एक निजी कंपनी के पक्ष में पटना में मौजूद अपनी जमीन बेची थी, वे ऐसी अचल संपत्तियों के ट्रांसफर में भी शामिल थे. रेलवे में भर्ती के लिए ना कोई विज्ञापन या कोई सार्वजनिक नोटिस जारी नहीं किया गया था. फिर भी जो पटना के निवासी थे. उन्हें मुंबई, जबलपुर, कोलकाता, जयपुर और हाजीपुर में स्थित अलग-अलग जोनल रेलवे में सब्स्टिट्यूट के तौर पर नियुक्त किया गया था. सीबीआई के मुताबिक इस मामले में पटना में 1,05,292 फुट जमीन लालू प्रसाद यादव के परिवार के सदस्यों ने विक्रेताओं को नकद भुगतान कर हासिल की थी.

ज्ञात हो कि कल ही पूर्व रेल मंत्री लालू प्रसाद को नोटिस जारी किया है. इस बारे में अधिकारियों ने बीते दिन ही जानकारी दी थी. सीबीआई मामले में आरोपपत्र दाखिल कर चुकी है. विशेष अदालत ने प्रसाद और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों सहित अन्य आरोपियों को 15 मार्च को अदालत में पेश होने के लिए सम्मन जारी किया है.अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जांच एजेंसी ने कथित घोटाले की जांच खुली रखी है और मामले में आगे की जांच के तहत लालू प्रसाद के परिवार के सदस्यों से पूछताछ की जा रही है. उन्होंने बताया कि सीबीआई की टीम इस संबंध में प्रसाद के परिवार से कुछ और दस्तावेज भी मांग सकती है. यह मामला लालू प्रसाद के 2004 से 2009 के बीच रेल मंत्री रहने के दौरान उनके परिवार को तोहफे में जमीन दे कर या जमीन बेचने के बदले में रेलवे में कथित तौर पर ‘ग्रुप-डी' की नौकरी दिए जाने से संबंधित है.

इस बीच, लालू प्रसाद के बेटे एवं बिहार के उप मुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव ने आरोप लगाया कि सीबीआई की कार्रवाई उनके परिवार द्वारा भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) का लगातार किये जा रहे विरोध का नतीजा है.उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘यह जाहिर है कि जांच एजेंसियां भाजपा के राजनीतिक विरोधियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर रही है और उन लोगों की मदद कर रही है जो उस पार्टी (भाजपा) के साथ खड़ी है.'' उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि तत्कालीन रेल मंत्री के तौर पर किसी लाभ के एवज में नौकरी देने की उनके पिता के पास कोई शक्तियां नहीं थीं. कांग्रेस और आम आदमी पार्टी जैसे अन्य विपक्षी दलों ने भी सीबीआई की कार्रवाई को लेकर केंद्र सरकार की आलोचना की. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा विपक्ष की आवाज दबाना चाहती है.

In the line of the gods, between the sun and the moon, a demon named Rahu was sitting in disguise. While he was being given nectar, the moon and the sun told him and immediately the Lord's chakra beheaded him. But he had got some nectar, so he did not die even after beheading. That's why he was given a place among the planets. Rahu was still in his festival Amavasya to take revenge on Sun and Moon. Therefore, this time the victory of the gods in the battle was won. Having taken this decision, Hiranyakashipune went to the valley of Mandarachal, leaving immortality with him and performed such severe penance that even the gods were burnt. On the request of the gods, Brahma ji asked him to go and ask for the boon he wanted. He said that I want that I should not die from any creature made by you. May I not die from any other creature, weapon or weapon, anywhere in the earth or the sky, inside and outside, during the day and night. No one could face me in battle. Let me be the sole emperor of all beings. Indra and all the Lokpals as your glory, so be mine. Give me the same inexhaustible opulence that the ascetics and yogis, Yogeshwar have got. Brahma ji called him 'Avamastu' and gave him the boon he asked for. He was very pleased with his cleverness that I cheated Brahma too. Despite his not wanting, I took the boon of immortality by tact. With his cleverness, who can say Chaturananki, tries to deceive even God. Similarly, Hiranyakashipune had closed the door of death by his own understanding, but the Lord opened it whenever he wished. This is the nature of the living being, having received the boon, he has attained all the directions, the three worlds and the gods, asuras, males, gandharvas, garudas, snakes, siddhas, charanas, vidyadhars, rishis, lords of the ancestors, manu, yakshas, ​​demons, pishchapatis, heroes of ghosts and demons and Having conquered the masters of all living beings, he subdued himself. In this way that Vishwajit Asura, by his might, snatched the places of all the Lokpals, himself started living in Indra Bhavan. He ordered the Daityas that nowadays the number of Brahmins and Kshatriyas has increased a lot. Kill all those who are doing penance, fasting, yajna, self-study and charity etc. Because the root of Vishnu is the karma-dharma of the two castes and that is the ultimate refuge of religion. The demons went and did the same. But where Dharma was being destroyed like this in Trailokya, Prahladji was a devotee of the Lord from birth among the sons of Hiranyakashipu. At the age of five, he was reciting the devotional text of God to his father. Knowing the son to be a devotee of his enemy Vishnu, he decided that he was his enemy, who appeared in the form of a son. Therefore, he was ordered to be killed, but all the experiments of the demons were in vain. 

 Then Hiranyakashipu got very worried. He got them crushed by elephants of big drunkenness. Stung by poisonous snakes, Kritya created a demon to eat Prahlad. Fell down from the mountains. Many types of Maya were used by Shambrasura. Gave poison. Entered into the blazing fire, drowned in the sea, etc., tried many ways to kill him, but his hair did not stop. On the advice of the Guru's sons, they were kept tied to Varunpasha so that they should not run away and the Guruputra started teaching them about Artha, Dharma and Kama. When he could not handle the anger, he jumped from the throne with a stone and as soon as Prahladji said that yes, he is also in the pillar, he punched the pillar very loudly. At the same time, the loudest word came from the pillar, he had pounced to kill Prahladji by punching him, but after hearing that unusual ghastly word, he started panicking and seeing who was the one to say the word? In this he saw a wonderful creature emerging from the pillar. He started thinking - hey, this is neither a man nor a lion. Then who is this supernatural being in the form of Narasimha? He was so busy in this turmoil that Nrsimhabhagavan stood right in front of him. 

 

The Lord kept playing with him for a long time, at the end of the evening he made a very loud hysterical cry, which closed his eyes. At the same time, the Lord caught hold of him and took him to the door of the palace door, dropped it on his thighs and killed him by severing his stomach with his fingernails.

Twenty-four incarnations

 Story of twenty-four incarnations:

 Pisces, Varaha, Kachhap, Narasimha and Vamana etc. The twenty-four incarnations of God, hail, hail, be blessed, we salute them. In order to save the living beings, the Lord incarnates and expands the pastimes. The devotee whose mind is attached to the Lord in that form, he steps (Rama) in that form and the love-bhav related to that form is awakened in him. All the forms of the Lord are oceans of eternal happiness, so who can get across the waves of love? All incarnations are eternal and upon meditating they illuminate the heart with love. Then that devotee becomes as happy as if he has got poor wealth, but such a rare experience occurs only when he understands the deep secret. Just as the crookedness of the hair is not a pollution but a blessing, similarly the incarnations of God like Pisces, Varaha etc. are also givers of happiness to the devotees. All the incarnations are eternal and complete, this beautiful belief of Shri Agradevji has given me the fifth number here on that basis.

When the creation flows through the trinity of nature through the nonsensical pastimes of the inconceivable Supreme God, then only those Parabrahman, inspired by the mode of Rajo, take incarnation as Saguna. In fact, this world is a lila-vilas, the soul-bending of a Leelaaraman, therefore the Lord himself also enters the world created by Himself in the form of Himself in order to make His pastimes conscious. He performs leela in many forms even though the Supreme Lord is invisible. This Leela is done for their own pleasure and luxury, as a result of which the wishes of the devotees are also fulfilled. The incarnation of the Lord from His eternal abode on earth is called 'Avatar'. By taking many incarnations, God has done the work of child-protection, evil-caste and religious establishment through his pastimes. He has infinite incarnations, infinite characters and infinite pastimes. Here a brief illustration of twenty-four major incarnations of them is being presented

 (1) The story of Matsyavatar- 

 When the time came for Brahma to sleep and when he fell asleep, the Vedas came out of his mouth and the demon Hayagriva, who lived near him, stole them. . All the worlds were drowned in the ocean due to the accidental catastrophe called Brahman. Sri Hari realized the effort of Hayagriva and assumed the incarnation of Matsya to save the Vedas. The king of Dravidian country, Satyavrat was very godly. He was doing penance on a peak of the Malay Mountains by drinking only water. He became Vaivasva Manu in the present Mahakalpa. One day a small fish came in his Anjali while performing the tarpan in the Kritmala river, he again released it into the river with water. He prayed a lot that water animals will eat me, protect me. The king put it in a water vessel. She grew so much that there was no place in the kamandalum, then the king kept her in a big pot, she became three hands in two hours, then kept her in a big lake. In a short time she assumed the shape of Mahamatsya, whatever reservoir she kept in it, she would have grown up. Then the king left him in the sea, he said with great compassion - Rajan! Don't leave me in this, protect me. Then he asked, 'Who are you to fascinate me by assuming the form of a fish? You surrounded the lake of expansion for 400 kos in a single day. You are definitely the almighty omnipotent omnipotent Shrihari. For what purpose have you assumed this form? ' Then the Lord said that on the seventh day from today all the three worlds will be drowned in the doomsday sea. Then by my inspiration a big heavy boat will come to you. At that time you take the subtle bodies of all beings and climb on it along with the Saptarishis and keep all the medicines and seeds with you. As long as it is the night of Brahma, I will take your boats for a ride in the sea and answer your questions. Saying this Lord Matsya disappeared. As the Lord had said, the Lord Matsya appeared in the time of Pralaya. His body was resplendent like gold and the body was expanded to four lakh kosaka. There was also a big heavy horn in the body. The boat was tied to the horn by the snake Vasuki. Satyavratji praised the Lord. The Lord was pleased and taught him the whole ultimate mystery of His nature and the Brahma-tattva, which is in the Matsya Purana. After breaking the knot of Brahma, the Lord killed Hayagriva and returned the Shrutis to Brahma. (Srimad Bhagwat) 40 (2) Samudra had a son named Shankha. He defeated the gods and expelled them from heaven, snatched all the rights of Lokpal. The gods hid in the caves of Merugiri, did not become subordinate to the enemy. then daitpane Thought that the gods appear to be stronger than the Vedas. So I will abduct the Vedas. Having decided so, he brought all the Vedas. Lord Brahma went to Karthik on Prabodhini Ekadashi to take refuge in the Lord. The sage, out of compassion, kept it in various places like Kamandalu, well, Sir, Sarita etc. and finally threw it into the sea. There too he grew to become a giant. Thereupon the Lord in the form of a fish killed Shankhasura and went to Badrivan, taking him in the form of Vishnu. All the sages were called there and ordered that 'Search the Vedas scattered in the water and find them with mystery and bring them soon. ' Then all the sages, who were full of brilliance and strength, delivered the Vedas along with the Yagya and the seeds. As many sages as the sages who made available the mantras of the Vedas, they were considered to be sages since then, all the sages including Brahma came and offered the Vedas they had received to the Lord. (Padma Purana) (3) Ditike's sons like Makara, Hayagriva, the mighty Hiranyaksha, Hiranyakashipu Jambha and Maya etc. Makar went to Brahmaloka and took away the entire Vedas from him by fascinated Brahma. Thus abducting the Shrutis, he entered the ocean. Then the whole world became devoid of religion. By the prayer of Brahmaji, the Lord entered the ocean in the form of a fish and killed the Makara Daitya by severing it with the tip of his muzzle, and brought the entire Vedas including the limbs and appendages and dedicated them to Brahma. (2) Story of Sri Varaha Avatar –

 Swayambhuva Manu, having received the order from Brahma to start the creation process, seeing the earth immersed in the ecstasy of catastrophe, prayed to him that you should try to save the earth for me and my subjects, so that I can obey you. Lord Brahma, thinking that the earth has gone into the abyss, how to get it out, he took refuge in the Almighty Lord. At the same time, a Varaha, a thumb proof, came out from the nose of the contemplative Brahma, and within a moment, a gigantic mountain-like form of Gajendra started roaring. The boar-like God first jumped in the sky with great speed. His body was very hard, his skin had hard hairs, white molars, his eyes were shining brightly. His molars were also very hoarse. Then he entered the water with his strong temper like a thunderbolt mountain. They reached across the water, tearing through the water with sharp hooves like arrows. He saw there the earth, the shelter of all living beings in the abyss. They came out with the earth on their molars. While coming out of the water, to obstruct his path, the mighty Hiranyaksha attacked him with a mace inside the water. God killed him by leela. Seeing the blue-colored Varaha Bhagwan, holding the earth on white beards, like a tamal tree coming out of the water, Brahmadik was convinced that he was the Lord. They all started praising with folded hands.
